It is a family-run farm where the parents and two of their children currently work. It is a fully closed production cycle, from forage production and animal breeding to pasteurization and marketing, as they also handle the distribution themselves. They were pioneers in disease eradication programs that are now mandatory, and since 1986, they have been pasteurizing milk in accordance with European regulations. The goal is always to obtain milk of excellent quality.
