For three generations, CASA FÍGOLS in Montmajor (Berguedà) has been producing its products in a completely artisanal way, carefully attending to every detail that makes a cured meat truly exceptional. First, they raise their pigs on natural feed at their own farms to ensure the highest quality meat, and then they apply care and tradition to the production process, as each product has its own secret.
Their products include: fuet, chorizo, secallona, sobrassada, llonganissa, white bull, black bull, bull with tongue, cooked ham, catalana, cured pork belly, catalana with truffle, black rice botifarra, and egg botifarra.
