Vidalba Vermouth is the authentic vermouth of La Patum, created by Berguedà-born sommelier Sílvia Culell. It is a small-batch, completely artisanal product based on the traditional vermouth recipe.
It is made with a base of red Grenache wine and infused with nearly twenty herbs and spices, including some unique local plants that give it a distinctive character and can be found in the region.
Among them are savory, rock tea, and elderflower.
Vidalba Vermouth has become part of a cherished moment in the festival: enjoying a vermouth after the Patum de lluïment in the town square!
