Vedella Ecològica del Pedraforca

Vedella Ecològica del Pedraforca is beef raised by a small family-run farm with a long livestock tradition in Alt Berguedà. Their farm is located at Cal Pacient de Baix, in the municipality of Saldes, in a privileged natural setting between the Pedraforca Massif, the Cadí Mountain Range, and the Ensija Range. This environment allows for natural, sustainable, and environmentally integrated cattle farming, which is why, since 2000, they have been dedicated to raising organic calves.

They are part of the Cooperative of Mountain Livestock Farmers of Berguedà.
